Herbal consultations will be held via zoom or telephone, unless you are local to the Bay Area of CA. The initial intake involves gathering your health history and setting health goals together based on that information. This initial meeting usually takes longer than other appointments as we'll be deeply reviewing your health journey up to the present moment. Once we have your goals established, we'll schedule follow ups as needed to ensure progress. I will contact you to schedule your intake once I have received your order.
